Technical Requirements
• Classes are held via Zoom. A stable internet connection, microphone, and camera are required.
• The camera must remain switched on throughout the lesson.
• Lessons must be attended using a computer or tablet (not a mobile phone).
• We recommend saving the lesson link in the browser bookmarks so that the child can join independently.
Workspace and Materials
• The workspace should be a desk (not a sofa, armchair, etc.).
• Materials needed for every lesson: two pens, a pencil, colored pencils, and a lined notebook or notepad.
• Course materials (books) are not included in the course fee. Parents are responsible for purchasing them independently. The teacher will inform participants at the beginning of the course about which books are required.
Attendance and Punctuality
• Please join lessons on time.
• In case of absence, please inform the teacher in advance.
• Missed lessons cannot be compensated for or rescheduled.
Homework and Communication with the Teacher
• Homework assignments are sent by the teacher to the WhatsApp group.
• Questions regarding assignments may be asked in the chat if they could also be useful for others.
• The chat is intended exclusively for educational and organizational purposes. Please do not send greetings, photos, or engage in casual conversations.
• Completed homework exercises do not need to be sent to the teacher – they are checked during the lesson, or the teacher provides an answer key.
• Essays and independently written texts should be sent directly to the teacher (not to the group chat).
Additional Terms
• A contract is concluded for participation in the course and automatically expires at the end of the academic year.
• The contract may be terminated by notifying the administration in writing two months before the end of a calendar month. Verbal or written notice to the teacher does not constitute official termination of the contract.
• Separate registration is required to move on to the next level (next grade).
• Online lessons are not recorded.
• All personal data is processed confidentially.
